Virtual matchmaking on February 9th - how does it work?
A matchmaking event is a quick and easy way to meet potential cooperation partners. 20 minutes run fast, but they are enough to build first connections before the meeting ends and the next talk starts.
1) Registration
Register via the Register button and fill in information about you and your organization.
2) Select modules of the agenda
Follow the agenda and select the modules you would like to participate (you can change your settings later). Please bear in mind that the online session of February 2nd will be available for organisations from church and diaconia only (in German language)
3) Publish a project idea or your competence profile to showcase your needs and / or your expertise
After your initial registration steps, you can also create a marketplace profile right afterwards and describe your project idea or expertise
Whether you are the owner of a potential project or you are preferring to offer your cooperation in a project team, create a clear and concise profile to raise your visibility on this platform.Your profile should describe who you are, what you can offer to potential partners and who you want to meet. A good profile will generate significantly more meeting requests. Your profile will be visible before, during and after the event for all registered participants.
4) Send & receive meeting requests
Starting on January 26th, regularly browse the participants list to find out who is offering interesting and promising business opportunities.Browse published participants profiles and send meeting requests to those you want to meet during the event.
Be active not reactive. Adding a meaningful remark why you are interested in a meeting will increase the chance that your request will be accepted. Usually, accepted meeting requests will be scheduled automatically. Thus you have immediate access to time and location of a meeting.

- Everybody can send meeting requests to everyone
- Incoming meeting requests have to be accepted to be scheduled
5) Matchmaking Event
Access your meetings in My Agenda, where you have your complete schedule for the event and the list of your meetings. Check your camera and microphone and don't be late!
